To be eligible for a return or refund, products must meet the following conditions:
- The request is submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery (except for customized or perishable products, which are non-returnable unless there is a product defect).
- The product is in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact (damage caused by improper use or storage will make the product ineligible for return).
2. Key Terms for Returns & Refunds
2.1 Returns for Product Defects (Eligible for Refund/Exchange)
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, damage during shipping, or incorrect item (e.g., wrong size, color, or model) compared to your order, please take the following steps to request a return or refund:

- Late or Lost Returns: If you return a product without an RMA number or fail to ship it within 14 days of receiving the RMA, we may reject the return or delay processing. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages during return shipping—we recommend using a trackable shipping service.
