3. Product Features:

The cabinet body is constructed of high-strength steel plate, with an electrostatically sprayed orange-grain plastic powder coating. It’s easy to clean, scratch-resistant, impact-resistant, and durable. The cabinet compartments are insulated with multiple layers of fireproof insulation to provide a 90-minute fireproof rating.

During normal use, the cabinet doors can be opened and closed manually. In the event of a fire, if the temperature reaches 122°F (50°C), a built-in fuse system activates, automatically closing the open doors to protect the contents. The doors are equipped with dampers to adjust the opening and closing force.

The ventilation holes comply with EN14470-1. The vent flaps automatically close at 158°F (70°C) in fire conditions. The ventilation system can be connected to an external exhaust duct or recirculating air filter.

In the event of a fire, special heat-sensitive material in the door gaps and all joints automatically expands to fill the gaps, ensuring a tight seal within the cabinet.

It comes standard with three adjustable steel shelves, spaced 32mm apart, with a load capacity of 75kg. The 30mm raised shelf flange prevents small containers from accidentally falling out.
Each door features an independent cylindrical lock to prevent unauthorized access. Reflective warning labels in multiple languages ​​are highly visible under flashlight in the event of a fire or power outage. Labeling conforms to ISO 3864.
A removable bottom sump, combined with a perforated insert, effectively collects spills from the shelves. Containers placed on the perforated insert prevent them from being soaked in the bottom sump.
Adjustable leveling feet ensure the cabinet remains stable even on uneven surfaces.
An electrostatic grounding conductor port facilitates connection of an electrostatic grounding conductor.
The cabinet complies with EN 14470-1 and complies with NFPA 30 and OSHA regulations. These regulations set performance and structural requirements for cabinets to provide a secure storage area for flammable and combustible liquids, reducing the risk of fire.
