Smart And Safe Charging Cabinet

This intelligent and safe battery charging cabinet is suitable for storing and charging all types of power tool batteries. The cabinet utilizes FM6050 standard fireproof construction and complies with OSHA 1910.106 and NFPA 30 regulations.

A variable-frequency, low-power axial flow fan installed on the cabinet roof effectively removes heat generated by battery charging. A diagonal dual-channel exhaust duct design further enhances exhaust efficiency. The fan speed is 5000 rpm and the air volume is 275 m³/h.

The cabinet comes standard with four sets of industrial-grade PUD outlets, each with independent wiring control, effectively preventing overloads and short circuits, ensuring safe battery charging.

The cabinet also features four standard adjustable shelves, each with multiple ventilation holes for increased air flow. A PP leak sump is installed at the bottom of the cabinet to contain corrosive liquids such as electrolyte leaks from batteries.

An industrial-grade, high-precision temperature and humidity transmitter, imported from Switzerland, with RS485 signal output, is installed inside the cabinet. When powered on, it continuously monitors the internal temperature and humidity. A built-in buzzer automatically sounds an alarm when the temperature and humidity exceed the set limits.

A highly sensitive smoke detector is installed on the top of the cabinet. When smoke is detected, a buzzer on the front of the cabinet sounds an alarm.

LED lighting is installed inside the cabinet to provide uniform illumination. The LED light switches on automatically, turning on when the door is opened and off when the door is closed.

A mounting point for a suspended automatic fire extinguisher is provided inside the cabinet, allowing users to install a suspended automatic fire extinguisher as needed.

All electrical components installed in the cabinet are selected from renowned domestic and international brands, further enhancing the stability and safety of the equipment.
