Gas Cylinder Cabinet

SAI-U® all-steel alarm gas cylinder cabinet is specially used to store gas cylinders containing dangerous combustible gas. Equipped with a professional adjustable gas detection and control system, which enables users to adjust the gas concentration threshold that triggers an alarm according to their needs. The top vent can be connected to an external ventilation system and cooperate with the signal source from the detection and control system to achieve the effect of immediate ventilation after an alarm. Self-exhaust rapid flow fan is also optional. The detailed design of the cabinet is humanized and easy to use. There are two models of standard two-cylinder type and standard three-cylinder type to choose from, and two or three standard gas cylinders can be stored separately.

1. The cabinet is constructed of 1.2mm thick, high-quality galvanized steel plate, electrostatically coated with epoxy resin for acid, alkali, and rust resistance.
2. Explosion-proof glass windows are installed on the door panels for safe and convenient product management.
3. Pass-through holes are located on the sides of the cabinet to ensure air flow.
4. Thickened canvas tie wraps are used to secure gas cylinders inside the cabinet to prevent them from tipping over.
5. A reversible pedal is installed at the bottom of the cabinet for easy loading and unloading of gas cylinders using a cart, saving effort.
6. An explosion-proof point-type combustible gas detector is standard, capable of detecting most combustible gases. It uses imported, genuine sensors with excellent linearity, long life, and stability. It displays the current concentration of the detected gas in real time, with a response time of less than 30 seconds and a warm-up time of 60 seconds. 7. Standard explosion-proof audible and visual alarms: When sensors inside the cabinet detect a gas leak, a red light flashes and an audible alarm sounds.
8. When the sensors detect a gas leak and sound the alarm, the standard explosion-proof axial flow fan on the top automatically activates, discharging the leaked gas outdoors through the exhaust duct or central exhaust system, ensuring personal safety in the work area and maximizing rescue and evacuation time.
9. In addition to storing standard 40L gas cylinders, the intelligent explosion-proof gas cylinder cabinet can also accommodate 10L, 8L, and 4L standard cylinders via optional cylinder brackets.
